Be Realistic

Qoins App • Aug 12, 2022

Be realistic about the money you’re spending to get your business off the ground – your “burn rate” – so you don’t end up digging yourself a hole you can’t get out of. If you have employees manage your burn rate & runway to make sure you're able to weather any storm in the event where cash becomes harder to capture. Always be honest with yourself. If you’re passionate about your business venture and can’t get it going yourself, sell your idea to others. Keep trying. You don’t have to do it alone, but never overextend yourself.
